VCIA Conference 2007 Regulators Seminar - (link to powerpoint document)
In 1991, a video celebrating the first decade of captive insurance in Vermont was created. In this video, the now late Governor Snelling was filmed. He was the Governor that signed the initial captive insurance legislation into law in 1981. These two video clips were incorporated in the VCIA Conference 2007 Regulators Seminar. Many of the same themes spoken by Governor Snelling, still hold true today. Enjoy the clips!
