Governor Hosts Captive Manager Luncheon

On April 28, 2004 Governor James Douglas met with over 50 Vermont captive managers (there are 11 captive management firms serving clients in Vermont). The Governor discussed the latest issues and legislative initiatives and, once again, pledged his administration's support for the captive industry in Vermont.
